ハンバーグの下味に使う香辛料だけど、ナツメグのかわりにシナモンをいれても結構なお味です。ここでいうシナモンはパウダー状のものを指すのですが、香り付けにカフェオレとかにかけてみたりとか用途がいろいろありそうだし（ナツメグを使う料理をあまり知らないだけですが）。ということで、騙すつもりでここに書きとめておきます。＃いちおう自分で検証してます。。
